What is NotiZen?
NotiZen is an Android productivity layer for Notion. It brings connected Notion tasks and views into focused app sections such as Inbox, Today and Upcoming, lets you organize saved views into collections, and can keep important workflows visible through Android widgets.
Does NotiZen replace Notion?
No. Notion remains your source of truth. NotiZen is designed to make the parts of your workspace you use every day faster to reach, easier to scan and more practical on Android.
How does the daily widget action limit work?
Actions inside the NotiZen app are unlimited on both plans. Basic also includes 5 successful widget actions per day, such as supported property edits. Failed changes do not use the allowance. The widget allowance resets at the start of the next day in your device's time zone, and Pro removes that daily widget limit.
Is NotiZen free?
Basic is free with no time limit and gives you the core NotiZen workflow: Inbox, Today, Upcoming, unlimited actions inside the app, up to 3 Notion data sources, up to 3 saved Custom Views, 1 active widget and 5 successful widget actions per day.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro is for workflows that grow. It removes the Basic limits on widgets, data sources, saved Custom Views and widget actions, and adds view duplication, compact mode, advanced metrics and advanced visibility controls.
Are Custom Views free?
Basic includes up to 3 saved Custom Views with filters, sorting and basic customization. Use them inside NotiZen and as building blocks for focused Android workflows. Pro removes the saved-view limit and adds view duplication, compact mode, advanced metrics and advanced visibility controls.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You can cancel anytime through Google Play. When Pro ends, you can choose which configured widget stays active under Basic limits. Your other widget configurations are preserved and become available again when you activate Pro. Existing views and sources are kept; if you are over a Basic limit, you can edit or reduce them but cannot increase the count. Pro presentation settings are retained, but Pro-only controls require an active subscription.
