Share Notion pages and databases
Give the NotiZen integration access to the exact Notion pages and databases you want to show in widgets.
Why sharing matters
Notion integrations work with explicit access. NotiZen can only load pages and databases that are shared with the NotiZen integration.
If you authorize Notion but share no pages, NotiZen may connect successfully while the database picker stays empty. If a database lives inside a page that was not shared, that database may also be missing.
Share the right content
- 1Open Notion.
- 2Open the page or database you want to use in NotiZen.
- 3Open Notion's Share menu.
- 4Share or connect that page or database with the NotiZen integration.
- 5Return to NotiZen and retry the database picker or refresh the widget setup.

Why don't I see my Notion databases?
If your Notion databases do not appear in NotiZen Widget, the most common reason is that no pages were shared with the Notion integration.
When Notion opens during setup:
- 1Tap "Select pages".
- 2For the fastest setup, tap "Select all".
- 3Or, for more privacy, select only the database or parent page you want to use.
- 4Tap "Allow access".
After that, return to NotiZen Widget and try loading your databases again.
If your database still does not appear, open "Update shared pages" from the database picker and make sure the correct Notion page or database is selected.
When something is still missing
- Check that you shared the database itself, not only a different page.
- Check whether the database is inside a private parent page that also needs access.
- Make sure you connected the same Notion workspace where the database lives.
- Reconnect Notion if you changed accounts or removed the integration in Notion.
